Veteran journalist Daniel Levine hosts weekly episodes focused on biotechnology at the intersection of business, science, and policy.
BERKELEY, CALIFORNIA—AUGUST 21, 2014—The Levine Media Group today launched The Bio Report, a weekly podcast hosted by veteran journalist Daniel Levine. Levine, principal of the Levine Media Group, had hosted The Burrill Report podcast since 2008.
Each episode of The Bio Report features one-on-one interviews with life sciences executives, policy makers, and leading scientists discussing news, trends, and issues reshaping the biotechnology industry.
“I’ve had a rare opportunity to engage with industry leaders each week to discuss business strategies, scientific breakthroughs, and policy battles reshaping biotechnology through my previous podcast,” says Levine. “The new podcast will continue this conversation.”
The initial episode of The Bio Report features an interview with Amit Munshi, CEO of Epirus Biopharmaceuticals. Munshi discusses the opportunities for biosimilars in emerging and developed markets, his company’s strategic approach, and when we’ll see a vibrant biosimilars industry in the United States.
